Speakers

2020-11-05_17-42-33

He is the CEO of the Anderson Medical Group which includes a state of the art integrative medical clinic in Seattle Washington serving people with cancer and advanced chronic illnesses. In addition to this he operates a medical education website, a Radio show / Podcast on CTR Radio Network and a patient outreach and medical education services firm.
Dr.A uses his over two decades of work as a physician and four decades total in medicine to bring a unique view of medicine to patients, physicians and the public. His vision is that of returning to the medical ideal of "treating the whole person" while incorporating all that modern science can add. And while medicine is often divided into sections ("western medicine", "Chinese medicine", "traditional medicine", "botanical medicine" etc.) there are in reality only two kinds of medicine: good medicine and bad medicine and that good medicine takes the best of all forms and integrates them. In this way the patient is afforded the very best that history and science have to offer.
Dr.A also published a book for cancer patients and their families called "Outside the Box Cancer Therapies" (Hay House Publishing) based on both he and his co-authors clinical experience and the cancer research he had been involved in.

AAMP reserves the right to cancel the contract upon no less than five (5) days written notice to the exhibiting company and to regain the immediate possession of any space and to deny the exhibitor all further right to participate in the Trade Show in the event the exhibitor shall fail to pay AAMP on or before March 1st, 2021. CANCELLATION

THE DEPOSIT PAID IS NON REFUNDABLE.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT, DESIGN & TRADE SHOW FLOOR LAYOUT

AAMP reserves the right to assign, designate or change booth locations. Further, AAMP reserves the right to release and reallocate any exhibit space not secured within five (5) days of selection by a receipt of a signed and completed Exhibitor Contract. In the event an exhibitor reduces the size of their display after the Contract has been signed, AAMP reserves the right to relocate the exhibitor to another location on the show floor and/or change the configuration of their space.

To ensure a successful Trade Show for all exhibiting companies and their guests, AAMP as Show Management, reserves the right to closely monitor sound usage and, where necessary, restrict and possibly eliminate the music and other audio demonstrations in an exhibitor's booth at its discretion. Show Management's actions can include, but are not limited to, reviewing and adjusting all sound system and loud-speaker placements within an exhibit, restricting sound levels within a booth, and restricting demonstrations within a booth, regardless of an exhibitor's contracted arrangements with fitness instructors, celebrities, or guests appearing in an exhibitor's booth.
